CrossFit is constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Our program gives you a more balanced overall fitness, increasing your capability and work capacity over a broader range of movements and activities. What we do is scalable to accommodate different levels of experiences, injury or other limiting factors.
New to CrossFit? FITNESS is a high energy 45 minute class that blends a fast paced cardio workout with high interval weight training with CrossFit inspired movements and WOD's. The main focal points in FITNESS is cardio, muscle tone, flexibility, agility training, and learning the foundational movements of CrossFit. This is a great beginner class for those that are looking to getting into CrossFit..
