Crossfit VS. FITNESS

 

Crossfit

  • Have previous olympic lifting, powerlifting, or collegiate athletic background
  • Interested in losing weight & strengthening 
  • Exercise on a regular basis of 2-3 times per week

Fitness

  • New to the program of CrossFit or just starting a workout regimen
  • Main goal is to lose weight and tone up
  • Are not interested in lifting heavy weights in such movements as : squat, snatch, deadlift, and clean
  • Have significant mobility or prior injuries that limit your range of motion
