Crossfit dash beats any gym community out there. Heading into my 3rd month and I’ve felt at home since I started. All the instructors are so good at modifying and explaining any move during the workout – whether it’s your first day or your 3rd month. They are all so patient and want you to conquer more than you did the day before. I’d recommend crossfit dash to anyone who’s up for a challenge and wants to succeed in the gym!!
