What made you join the Crossfit community?

Ran a successful personal training company for many years, and came across crossfit on youtube. Had the brilliant idea of trying a “wod” and couldn’t finish the workout. In turn, made me question my fitness level. I then started to incorporate crossfit style workouts with my clients and myself and saw great results. I was sold!

Goals for Crossfit Career: To become a better athlete, but most of all help others achieve their goals.

Hobbies you have outside of Crossfit: Any thing outdoors to stay active, sports, eating, yes this is a hobby, and movies

I’ve always enjoyed lifting weights, and after high school I needed something to do outside of class. I stumbled upon the CrossFit Games on youtube in 2014 and began to watch more and more until I decided to put together my own home gym, and the rest is history!

Goals for Crossfit Career: My main goal is to enjoy being healthy and able-bodied, and sharing that joy with others by helping them achieve their own goals. I want to assist people in casting a vision for their own well-being and pursue that vision in a fun, disciplined way alongside others.

What made you join the Crossfit community?

I have always been a competitor in something growing up. When I got to college I knew I needed something to push myself to the next level. My first taste of CrossFit left me wanting more because I realized how much room for improvement I had….and nothing has changed. There will ALWAYS be something that you can get better at. CrossFit is both incredibly humbling and rewarding at the same time.

Goals for Crossfit Career:

My number one goal is to never get complacent and to never stop learning. I love that this sport is always evolving, it keeps us on our toes. I also hope to help others challenge themselves physically while improving their mental toughness.

Hobbies you have outside of Crossfit:

I LOVE spending time outside, no matter where that may be. I also spend almost all of my free time with my incredible family and pups!

An interesting fact most people do not know about you:

I am a professional cheerleader!
